I think you and I are both of the same view here, that we've got to encourage people to focus on opportunities, not the negatives so much. The negatives are there we know. Focus on what you can do to make it better. Then once you get to that better place, stay ahead of the game. Don't get complacent. Don't let complacency slip in.

There's only one competitive advantage: Speed of action. That's the only sustainable competitive advantage! Everything you do, your competitors can copy. If they're copying you, you're the leader!
