Rikki:

Businesses are going to fail, but also businesses, those businesses that have got the insights, are going to grow and they're going to take the opportunities out there and be better off for it.

Bob:

Definitely.

I would finish on a really positive note. My own belief is that in three to five years time, we will be in a great place as an economy, because although it will be a very painful transition and there will be many people who get hurt in the process, which is sad, and businesses that get hurt in the process, the outcome will be that the smart businesses will still be around.

If you take the extreme of hospitality and events who are really, really suffering, the ones that are still around in three years time will suddenly find there's not many competitors around. The smart ones will pull away from the ones that are a bit lazy, a bit complacent and not very good, take it easy, that sort of thing.

It's going to be a much better economy in three to five years time than it would have been without the crisis.
