I and others before me have now interviewed over a hundred leaders on stage at the MD2MD LeaderFest conference. All real practical leaders. Some are leaders that I find interesting desspite their youth and others I find interesting because of their depth of experience.
Here are a small number of quotes from those interviews that I think share useful if sometimes conflicting insights
